Black Fire Brazilian Stekhouse

Flavors of the World

Summer 2018

Travel around the world while staying in Orlando and taste flavors from your favorite countries.

For a true taste of Brazil, Black Fire Brazilian Steakhouse is the place to go. Like traditional Brazilian steakhouses, Black Fire offers a 'rodizio' of 14 delicious cuts of meat including “Picanha”, bacon-wrapped filet mignon and parmesan pork loin. Rodizio style of serving provides you with a double-sided card, green and red, to signal the gauchos (meat servers). When it’s on the green side this will signal them to approach your table with the different options of meat for you to choose from until you're completely full and change the card to the red side.

Black Fire completes the experience with mouthwatering sides like pão de queijo (cheese bread), sweet banana, farofa (yucca flour) and rice and beans. Entering Black Fire will feel like a step into Brazil’s culture and diverse cuisine.
