Owned by world-famous chef Emeril Lagasse, Emeril’s Orlando at Universal CityWalk® features a New Orleans-based menu prepared with a Creole flair. The restaurant’s warehouse-style décor includes authentic artwork from New Orleans artists, and the walls are lined with some of the finest wines in the world.
Featured entrées include the Double Cut Pork Chop with caramelized sweet potatoes, essence of tamarind glaze, and green chile mole sauce and Pan Roasted Redfish with homemade andouille crust, bordelaise potatoes, Creole meunière sauce and candied pecans.
For a tasting of Emeril’s, diners are encouraged to try the chef’s sampling of four dishes created especially for the evening. The desserts, which are made on the premises, are highlighted by a Banana Cream Pie that will keep you coming back again and again.
