Golden Road Brewing took on the challenge to create a beer “made for steak”.

Bloomin’ Blonde Ale is a clean, well-balanced blonde ale brewed with American malt and hops which provides just enough malt character to stand up to the robust flavors of the Outback and just enough hops to make it crisp and refreshing. It features a touch of sweetness from honey malt and mild fruit spiciness from German hop aromatics. You can taste the passion poured into every glass.
